I imported an animation sequence of a creature running (made in 3ds Max) into Cinema4D. The imported format is Alembic, and it includes the camera. I am using Cinema 4D for some post effects and final render.
The problem is that when the creature is near to the camera, its rendered fine in the viewport and also in the final render, but as it moves away from the camera, it dissapears after a certain point.
Does anyone know how to fix this? Is this an issue with the Alembic file, or with Cinema4D's renderer or with the Export settings in 3DS Max ?
