    Unity object disappears at certain camera angles

    I have an imported fbx animation (from Maya) in Unity. Animation is of a horse and its rider, and a animated camera capturing the motion of the horse. The problem I face is that at certain camera angles, the rider simply disappears from the viewport. I have not set any visibility keyframes on the rider mesh, nor on any of the joints. The animation is purely translation, rotation and scale (though scale is 1,1,1,)

    The disappearing rider problem exists both in the working perspective viewport as well as the main game cam view. Do you know how to fix this please? thanks
